The town hall of Terrassa is of neo-Gothic style and consists of ground floor and two floors. The main facade presents a portal with three arches to enter the atrium. The main floor has five ogival windows and a balcony with canopy formed by cloisters. The upper floor has four windows, and the building has a crown with pinnacles: the central, wider, has the clock in the center.

From inside the building highlights the hall full, also designed by Muncunill and Gallery of illustrious tarrassenses , as well as the Neo-Gothic monumental staircase access to the first floor.

The original project was made by the modernist architect Lluís Muncunill. The architect conducted the works until 1903, when was replaced by Antoni Pascual Carretero, ending the second floor. Until 1986 the facade was not completed according to the original draft.
